GINGER PLANT

GINGER 

     Ginger ( Zingiber officinale ), is a rhizome plants are very popular as a spice and medicinal materials. Rhizome shaped fingers bulging in the middle sections. The dominant taste spicy due to ketones named zingeron.

General Characteristics of Ginger Plants  

Rod shape in the form of pseudo stem, with a height of 30 cm to 1 m. Ginger rhizome when cut yellow or orange. Pointed leaves elongate, with a length of 15-23 mm and a width of 8-15 mm. Petiole hairy, long 2-4 mm; aloe leaf elongated shape, length 7.5 to 10 mm, and lint.

Flowers grow out of the ground like shoots, egg-shaped or round rod, with a length of interest from 3.5 to 5 cm and a width of 1.5 to 1.75 cm. Flower stalks almost hairless, length 25 cm, rarely hairy; scales on the handle are 5-7 pieces. Bract inverted egg circular, rounded at the ends, not fluffy, bright green, length 2.5 cm, width of 1 to 1.75 cm.

Corolla tubular 2 to 2.5 cm, shaped somewhat pointy, yellow-green, long 1,5 - 2,5 mm, width of 3 - 3.5 mm, lips purple, dark, mottled yellowish white, length of 12-15 mm; purple anthers, length of 9 mm.

Types of Ginger Plants

Ginger plants are generally known three varieties of ginger, namely:

On this occasion I would describe about the beauty of a tourist destination islands of Raja Ampat in Papua, which is the best tourist destinations in the province of West Papua

Raja Ampat Islands is a tourist destination located in Papua region. This tour was well known throughout the world for its natural beauty that is very charming and dubbed the Amazon region as a World Ocean. The nickname was given because of the location of these sites is in the center of world coral triangle.

The tourists who come from around the world had come to Raja Ampat in Papua to enjoy the unique beauty of the island and underwater travel, as well as exploring the wall - a wall dive underwater manner.

Typically, these were taken by the visitors or tourists to reach the location of attractions in Papua this is to do with air travel, and headed to the city of Sorong - West Papua (Domine Edward Osok). At the airport there is no international flight paths that can go directly to Domine Edward Osok. MEGANTARA

On this occasion I would like to share my experience while following Megantara activities, Megantara is staging art activities organized by the senior high school 3 Bandung, in field bali on Saturday, September 10, 2016. The event is in addition to Megantara cultural shows western Java have but also presents a very festive atmosphere, because around the stage there are various spots that sell typical food from various regions in Indonesia, in addition to traditional foods there are also modern food sold using foodtruck.

In the morning, we were all students in grade 10 high school 3 paraded around the neighborhood around the school using traditional clothes western Java namely clothing for men is pangsi and kebaya for women. The paraded lasted until 8:30 a.m.

When the day, we gather again in field bali to witness the Megantara. In this event also there are activities fasion show in the competition between the classes 10, using traditional clothes of the nusantara, and the winner of fasion show was read by Ridwan Kamil as mayor of Bandung, which is also opening Megantara event in the afternoon. The event is the culmination of this Megantara will appear bands "The Changcuters" and "RAN" at night. After watching various art performances were shown, we finally arrive at the main event, with the appearance of The Changcuter make this Megantara more festive occasion and the event was closed with the appearance of RAN end of the show.

World Tournament and Techno Festival

World Tournament and Techno Festival 

On this occasion, I would like to share my experience in following WTTF or World Tournament and Techno Festival. This event held in the field bali on Saturday 20 August 2016, the event was attended by all students in grade 10 and 11 high school 3 Bandung. This event requires the participants to use English to communicate during the activity. 

WTTF or World Tournament and Techno Festival held at 7:30 a.m, at which time it was me and friends participated in the opening of the event. After that, we were divided into groups and each group consists of one class.

After the groups divided according to class, we were given a paper containing questions and puzzle clues to the location of the appointed, on first location directly compete playing the game of boxing on a laptop computer and the games that we lost. After that, we played a quiz and named rank 2, so in this game we have to become champion 2 to win, in this game we win and get the puzzle pieces. We immediately went next place, in this place we played football play on a laptop computer and in this game we get a draw so we were still given a puzzle piece. Then, we played quiz game and in this game we win. After that, we play games draw up a work of scrap materials and in this game we win. And the last game we play is a game compact where we are told to balance the body and the shape of the pattern of the color circle as he was told.

Right at 2:30 p.m, we gathered back to the field bali. When I got there, we were asked to throw a water balloon to the committee WTTF which acts as an alien and in return we will begiven a piece of the puzzle. After playing the game we were asked to arrange the puzzle pieces together. After all the puzzle pieces arranged, and the winner of the event WTTF are all students in grade 10. So, ended the event this WTTF at about 3:00 p.m.

I am pleased to participate in this event, because the event this WTTF we teach unity and compactness that can add friends. Thank you for see my experience !!!

       Hello, I will introduce my self. first, my name is Helmi Fadhiil, I was born in Bandung, 25 Oktober 2000, So my age is sixteen years old. I live at Sawah Lega Street Number Six in Bamdung. I live with my parents and my little sister. She name is Yona Azzahra. She is fourteen years old, she is study at junior high school in Bandung. Her hobby is listen to music. My Father worked as a private employee at a hotel, and My mother work as housewife.
       This time, I studying at 3 Senior High School, in Bandung. Before I study at this school, I came from 12 Junior High School Bandung.
